The everyday of our family farm
A serious discussion, I'd say. There are lots of magpies on the dry side of Washington (state) and Oregon. I wish we had them here.
I adore our magpies. Their warble sings of home to me.
I thought it was a magpie! Such pretty markings.
Our magpies are pretty but I hate them. They steal the eggs from the nests of the small birds and also from time to time kill the little birds as well! Grrrrrrr Diane
Oh, really, I have not heard of our Australian Magpies doing that. They eat insects and worms.
So nice
Great shot! Is it a Noisy Minor doing the attacking?
No, one much smaller, a Willie Wagtail.
Walking around with attitude.
