The view from Morgan’s Lookout near Walla Walla, about 1½ hours drive east of our farm. 

So named after notorious bushranger Mad Dan Morgan, who used the rocky outcrop to evade police in the 1860’s.

    While I know of Mad Dog Morgan, I didn't know about the lookout. Lovely and green.

    It is the green which draws my eye too. I suspect it is rare. Love that giant boulder too.

    What a glorious green vista. Our countryside west of Brisbane is just brown, brown and more brown. The summer rains forecast can't come soon enough!
