Father’s Day = Finley Show Day.

Most agricultural shows cancelled this year due to COVID, Finley Show Society decided to hold its show online. With over 400 pavilion entries and 95 livestock entries locals got onboard this novel way of enjoying the show. Well done to the committee for continuing the spirit of the show in 2020.

Warning - snakes are on the move again.

This is a Red-bellied Black Snake. According to Australian Geographic it’s the 10th most dangerous snake in Australia; it has a very nasty bite but had caused no deaths. I’m just glad it’s heading the other way.

8 months of my 2020 temperature scarf.

The coldest day so far – top of only 7.1°c on 7th July when the fog didn’t lift all day.
I needed to add a new colour being that cold - grey.
