Documenting 2020 in yarn via a temperature scarf.
Each row is the
maximum temperature of the day & beads added for rain. Made using
pure Australian wool from Morris & Sons.
January & February have been milder than usual and only 5 days above 40°c.
A very clever graph and I hope if you make one for March there are more beads.
ReplyDeleteThanks Andrew, the scarf will be a full year when completed. And we are very hopeful with a forecast of good rain for Wednesday & Thursday this week.
DeleteWhat an inventive idea. I love it. We too have decent rain forecast this week and my fingers and toes are crossed.
ReplyDeleteI like this-- and I'm glad there are beads in the forecast!
ReplyDeleteWow, this is amazing. We will definitely have to see it on completion.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea. The five days above forty are scary form my perspective in eastern Canada.
ReplyDeleteInteresting way to knit a scarf. I am impressed. Have a good week, Diane
