The everyday of our family farm
Great shot. Eastern rosellas are very low on the pecking order here and I doubt they would be brave enough to share.
Lovely bird!
Certainly need a drink today.
They are so incredibly colorful!
To be honest I'm far more interested in the bird on the right. I can't work out what it is although I feel that I should know.
The bird on the right is a White-plumed Honeyeater, and on the left, an Eastern Rosella.
Thank you Lynda. I did wonder if it was a Honeyeater but I couldn't see its beak even in the bigger photo.
Such a colourful creature.
Beautiful
Such a joy to see.
A lovely scene.
That's sweet.
That is such a beautiful bird. The colors are so bright.
I know I've said it before, but the bird on the left is one that we'd see in a zoo - not the backyard.
