Yes, it's a white eyed Australian Raven.

No doubt loudly. Very loudly.
In recent years, I've grown to love the crow. They are much quieter in the UK.
I like them... I wish more of them would hang out around our place. I'd like to learn their language.
We have the big black crows over here. We visited Minnesota and they were all along the north shore.
