Take two without leaving words out. The tree looking in remarkably good health in such dry conditions. Such are our Aussie gum trees.
The old gum trees are so resilient.... well adapted to the Australia climate of drought and flooding rains.
The rain is very, very welcome.

What a beautiful tree. Hope you get some rain, but not like the Qld floods, very sad for them after the drought. It reminds me of the poem by Dorothea McKellar... of droughts and flooding rains.
Such a beautiful tree...I have come to love tree photos...specially with lighting such as this.
