Pasta wheat...wonderful. I always try to buy pasta made from Australian durum wheat when possible. I might be a bit thick & slow-witted but no matter how long I look at that photo I cannot see an LA beer hall with brick walls and benches. Isn't it a puzzle and a surprise the things that sometimes appear in the comment box. Alphie
