This is the original tractor left here on our farm from the previous owners. It was used to run the chaff cutter and never actually did paddock work. Circa 1915 we think.
Hmm, the long term plan to restore, looks like taking a long time to do, once it begins. I reckon it would take an awful lot of wet weather to keep Phil and Tim out of the paddock.
Farming history fills pops up in quite a number of paddocks here. I hope that some at least of it is preserved.

ReplyDeleteActually this is an Rumely Oil Pull tractor and the front tank is for oil, not water.
