No, not waterlogged. This is flood irrigation. Water comes into the top of each bay via an outlet in a channel, flowing down to the bottom and any excess goes into a recycle system back into the channel.
I take it that this watering was unplanned. Hope the damage is minimal.
This is a planned flood irrigation. During summer we will do this every 8-10 days.
