I’m not surprised you are a little envious. We drove through your country on Saturday and thought how much you badly needed some rain. And unfortunately you are not alone. On all our travels through western NSW, and SW QLD the only country that had green feed was south of Emerald driving into the Carnarvon Gorge. So much of the country is desperate for rain.
Fortunately we were able to irrigate this paddock in early Autumn but it is starting to look for rain. We just had our driest June on record, and a lot of the crops are starting to struggle.
Your absence was noticed. Welcome back.
ReplyDeleteThank you Andrew. It is nice to know I was missed.
DeleteGreen with envy.. ... Lol

DeleteHome sweet home! Even though it's nice to get away, it's also great to be back, I'm sure, especially when arriving to scenes like this one.
ReplyDeleteA sweet welcome home!
ReplyDeleteLovely picture.
ReplyDeleteWelcome back. Has there been rain or is that irrigation lushness?
