Do you sow a bigger area, or just cover the ground a lot faster?
Both, we sow more land including a lot for other farmers, and we do it much more efficiently.
My thought exactly, Elephant's Child.
With the old Leyland and combine we could sow 3ha/hr. Now we sow 10ha/hr.
Nice to see the now and then.
It just amazes me how things have changed!!! Diane
much more efficient... Certainly must require a serious investment for all of the equipment!
Yes farming has some very expensive machinery and unfortunately by the time we have paid one off it needs replacing, so the cycle continues.
