    I may have to "appropriate" this idea for a hay-checking photo next summer. Hope it was "all systems go" and that you're now on to the next field.

      Checking to see if hay is ready to bale is a daily evening ritual at the moment. We baled a little last night before a few spots of rain brought a stop to it.
