Raking lucerne (alfalfa) ready to bale into silage. The silage is then trucked straight out to a dairy farm.
The rows are a bit hard to see in the photo. It is our last cut for the season and the yield is pretty light, but we do a small final cut before the lucerne becomes dormant over winter.
