We use rubber matting, old conveyor belt is fine. You are really posh, cattle treated like royalty or how royalty ought to be treated.
Not sure about the posh tag!! The old steel floor had rusted out so it needed replacing. Weigh bars go under the crush, so each animal can be individually weighed as going through, hence why the floor needs to be steel.

Looking good. And pristine.
It won't stay pristine for long! Spray painting the floor will help protect it from rust.
The cows should be pleased.
