This hay is destined for a little place called Tintaldra on the upper reaches of the Murray River. The farmer is short on feed for his beef herd. The Autumn break is yet to come, so it is either sell some cattle or buy in hay. He is doing a mixture of both.
Great shot :-)
ReplyDeleteOff they go with a big load.
ReplyDeleteIt's always great to have a change of pace!
ReplyDeleteYes, and a change of scenery is good for the soul.
DeleteWow well loaded. Diane
ReplyDeleteIt appears to have rained recently--- That's good. Nice shot, as always.
ReplyDeleteThey did have a little rain overnight. Only 3mm, but it is a start.
DeleteI love the shot but am curious as to why to the mountains.

DeleteI guess that would be a long but pretty drive. I recently saw a TV program on the Upper Murray. It's now on I must do list to visit.
ReplyDeleteHard choices for the farmer I bet.
ReplyDeleteThis is a really great shot...love the perspective it is shot from.
