The everyday of our family farm
Oh Dear, though here we use rather stronger words,
Oh made the crop flat - oh dear.No rain here, hasn't rained for long time..
Sneaking in I am! Oh.... the sacrifices for welcome rain :(
Sigh. I am so sorry, and hope that some at least of the crop can be salvaged. We had drizzle.
The weather is seldom perfect for farmers, hope you can get the oats sorted. Diane
The oats will be okay - a lower yield, but certainly not a disaster. We love rain and will take it whenever we get it.
As E's C says, I hope some can be salvaged. We had our first HEAVY rain since last February here---- I do like the picture, even if the subject isn't a happy one.
Sorry about all the rain, lovely photo though.
Don't apologise. Rain is good!
I see you have said you will be able to salvage some...I am so glad.
bugger bugger..............
