No we don't. At the moment our water allocation for this year is zero. We have a little bit left over from last year, so that will get us started..... Every drop is precious so we have to be very careful how we use it.... and hope that we get some allocation soon.
Reading your comment to Stewart...I cannot imagine having to be so careful but then maybe we should be by nature. I know my mom was very conscious of water....
