  3. I am fond of little bluebells. I am surprised at them being in flower quite yet.

    1. They do seem to flower at different times of year, not Spring, rather late Autumn and Winter. I have only been able to find a couple of plants, they are not prolific here. We are quite hot and dry so was surprised to find them at all.

  5. It's my favorite color! I may be MIA from the internet, so if I'm not commenting, it's not by choice! I haven't had internet at home since Wednesday. I am beyond frustrated. I am using my parents' today. I spent a lot of the afternoon calling people yesterday, but no luck yet. I hope your new connection is working well!

    1. I can totally understand your frustration. The internet has so much become part of our daily lives, that without it we struggle to do business or communicate. I hope they get to the bottom of your problem real soon.

  6. So lovely Lynda, but I'm just wondering what it is and if it is wild out in the paddock or in your garden? Happy August to you!

    1. It is a wildflower, a royal bluebell. We have planted many tree lines and regeneration areas on our farm over the years, and it is always a delight to wander through them, finding little treasures like this one.
