Ah clever ... I always thought of these birds as mainly ground dwellers but it seems that isn't always so as in your pic it is up high and I regularly see them at the tops of trees here.

You must have timed it perfect! Or is that a spot the birds like to sit? Either way, it is great capture.
He deserves to stand tall, he is very handsome ...
