This photo was taken off our front verandah (a safe place to take lightning photos!) with my Sony Digital SLR on a tripod with a 25second exposure, f22 and ISO 400. I had to turn the ISO down a lot because it was pre-dawn and a bit of light. I was pretty stoked with this photo.
That is an absolutely AWESOME photo! We saw plenty of lightning around as we traveled home last evening. I am so slow in seeing this because I was taking care of my youngest granddaughter who had a temperature this week. We met halfway between our homes last evening and Randy drove home with lightning flashing all around us. I have never gotten a photo even close to this. WOW!
