While I sometimes think your photos could be taken in my "neck of the woods," today is not one of those days! My hide and seek players might be deer or turkey - definitely not kangaroos!
Oh my gosh ! What a treat for me to see kangaroo's ! We have a hunting season on deer to keep the population under control in the United States, do you all have a kangaroo season? I kind of suspect, that although roo's are beautiful like deer, they can be a nuisance.
Kangaroos feature in Australia’s Coat of Arms, and are iconically Australian so any control programs are met with high emotions. They can be harvested under a permit system. The kangaroo meat is very lean and is exported to many countries.
